Jayci Yaeger is the 10 year old girl dying of brain cancer that I previously blogged about. The ONE person who can grant her dying wish is Warden J.D. Whitehead (Jimmy Doyle Whitehead). I know he’s married to Barbara Lona Whitehead, but I don’t know if they have children, which is why it may be easy for him to make such a callous decision. I’m confused as to why he would serve his local chapter of the United Way. According to United Way & Volunteer Services of Greater Yankton’s IRS Form 990 Jim Whitehead is an unpaid board member. This gives credence to him having a heart. The South Dakota’s Secretary of State hosts the organizations non-profit annual reports. For 2006 Jim Whitehead is listed as a board member and his address is listed as:
Detroit Jigalo Mayor Kwame Malik Kilpatrick is in a bunch of hot water. Indicted for perjury. Imagine that, another politician facing criminal charges and one who cheats on his wife. Sure, Christine Beatty is no “Kristen” and probably did not cost nearly as much money, she lied under oath and is also going to be held accountable for her actions. The United State’s Department of Defense (DoD) has its very own Intelligence Agency. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is not a common household name, and rarely receives much press. Their function (from wikipedia):
DIA’s mission is to provide timely and objective military intelligence to warfighters, policymakers, and force planners. It is considered to be a member of the Intelligence Community. The director of DIA is the main adviser to the United States Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on matters related to military intelligence.

No not tryst as in Elliot Spitzer, but Twist in his case. Supervisor Former Supervisor Ed Jew is being prosecuted by the U.S. for corruption, bribes, etc. This is the guy who was “allegedly” caught on wiretap to have extorted money from some local businesses in his district. Then he also is alleged to have not even resided in his District, but actually in another county altogether. The City of San Francisco made it’s case to the California Attorney General who in turn gave SF permission to seek to remove Jew from office. Jew ultimately settled his civil and criminal cases with the City and County of San Francisco. What looms ahead is the actual underlying Federal Case that triggered the whole fiasco.
