The National Pardon Centre is a Canadian non-profit Founded by Nicole Levesque and Michael Ashby in September 2002, it has become the most complete pardon and waiver service in Canada. If you have criminal records canada they will assist you in applying to have it sealed, similar to USA’s expungement. If you’re trying to enter into the U.S. from Canada they will assist you in the paperwork that is required by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
If you need a canada pardon they will help with the entire process. Pardon services canada seem to be a great resource for those with the specialized need. Getting a second chance is not always easy, so mind your p’s and q’s, but if you do need help, at least there is an organization out there that will help.
The fees appear to be heavy, but this may be due to the requirements of the governments themselves. It appears that in order to get the paperwork to the U.S. DHS you pay them a fee of $550 or $750 for expedited service plus you pay the DHS $545 so you’re not looking at a bargain, but if you have something blocking your ability to enter the U.S. LEGALLY you may wish to make the investment in yourself.
