Is Governor Pay Rod disabled? Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan seems to think so and tells the Illinois State Supreme Court just that.
AG Lisa Madigan filed papers with the State Supreme Court requesting their involvement to deem Pay Rod unfit to be Governor.
