The U.S. Department of Justice and their Office of Information and Privacy (OIP) release case information about litigation the DOJ is involved in with regards to FOIA. While I think their approach to report on the information specifically in sections pertaining to “exemptions” really shows their position of WITHHOLDING INFORMATION must be the “norm” I think the references to the cases and case numbers could be a valuable tool for you readers to see what arguments have worked in the past and what ones don’t work.
