Ed Jew IdiotEdmund “Ed” Jew, former San Francisco Supervisor for District 4 (a District he didn’t even live in) has just about resolved all his criminal charges. He’s been busy between hiring and firing attorneys, pleading his innocence to pleading guilty.

Taking a page from the William Jefferson play book, Jew hid extortion money in his freezer in aluminum foil.

September 21, 2007 – Ed Jew pleads Not Guilty to Federal criminal charges

“Jew’s lawyer, Steven Gruel, said the supervisor denies all the allegations and will plead not guilty at an arraignment today.” – SFGate

October 10, 2008 – Ed Jew pleads Guilty to Federal criminal charges

“Jew admitted to mail fraud, extortion and soliciting a bribe in connection with a scheme to shake down Chinese immigrant owners of tapioca drink shops in the Sunset District for $84,000 in bribes.” – SFGate

Such a colorful list of attorneys, one of whom I respect since he is a fellow PI and the others, well, you know. Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Li-Ming Wang said the government had videotape of Jew accepting $40,000 in $100 bills. He also said investigators found $10,000 of that wrapped in tin foil in the freezer of Jew’s Burlingame home.

I laugh at how Jew feels he’s the victim and that he was taught to shake down people by other politicians. Here’s a tip Ed, if someone teaches you to shoot someone that you don’t like, it doesn’t mean you should do it. If you can’t figure that out in your own head, then you ARE NOT CAPABLE of representing let alone supervising. Let’s see if Jew goes down without a fight at his Federal Sentencing on February 13, 2009.

Jew’s attorney Stuart Hanlon said his client was “acting in a way he learned how politicians act in his culture and his society and San Francisco” and promised Jew would “name the people who he learned this from” at his sentencing in February. – SFGate

Be careful Ed, SNITCHES DON’T MAKE IT IN PRISON. Make sure you check out my previous post about his cases and the actual court documents.
